Finding the door

People tell us they walked past twice. This page exists so you don’t have to.

Walking directions

From the market square
Leave the square at the north-west corner, past the fountain, and take the second pedestrian lane on your left. We’re forty metres down, on the right, after the bookshop.
From the museum
Walk down the hill on Museum Street for about seven minutes. Example Lane is the narrow cobbled turning immediately before the square opens up.
By car
Example Lane is pedestrianised. The nearest parking is the underground car park on Riverside, an eight-minute walk. There’s no loading access after 10:00.
